Shipping policy

Deliveryis carried out by La Poste. Packages are delivered either by tracked letter/parcel or by Colissimo.

Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed from Friday 11am to Monday 11am will be shipped Monday afternoon.

The tracking number of your packageis sent by automatic email as soon as the package is ready to leave our warehouse.

This will be active within the next 24 hours.

delivery time:

– France: on average La Poste delivers between 24 and 72 hours throughout France.

– Europe and International: delivery times may vary between 7 and 12 working days.

International, please note: customs fees may be applied when collecting your package. They vary from country to country.
